Why the Red Eyed Tree Frog?
We have had loads of emails from visitors and clients about why we have a frog on our business cards and blog. So to give you the answer we thought we would write a quick news article explaining the reasons why.
The Red Eyed Tree Frog lives in the rainforests of Central America. These frogs are excellent at jumping which makes them perfect for living high in the branches. They rarely come down from the trees and are completely nocturnal. The bright colours of the tree frog are its main deterrent against predators. The bright colours of the tree frog are hidden until the frog moves and then the flash of these bright colours startle their predator.
Although not currently endangered the habitat that the tree frog lives in is shrinking.
The reason we chose a tree frog is because of its vibrant and distinct colouring. The tree frog is beautiful coloured and is really eye-catching. In a sense the tree frog represents what we want to do for you and your website.
